Hi,
I saw the movie a couple of days ago - and cried and cried.
And the movie was great (my husband couldn't understand how I could sob all the way through and still love the movie!) - and the message in the movie was inspiring.
I tore myself away from my computer and spent yesterday with friends and my family - waterskiing, talking, enjoying one of our very hot summer days here in Outback Australia.

Today we are going yabbying (crayfishing??).
My children will hopefully look back on these summer breaks and reminise about the great times we had together.
P.S: I like the layout on your blog too!

Hi Jason,

I know the feeling. Just yesterday I watched the movie "Faith like Potatoes" and it had the exact same effect on me.

People say that new year's resolution are a waste of time, because we never keep it. Well, I beg to differ. The key to life is to constantly try our best to improve - our life, our circumstances, our jobs, etc. Once we stop that process we are spiritually dead.

Yes, I also resolve to be a better person this 2008, and even more so in 2009. If I do not succeed this year, maybe next year, but I am going to continue trying en be richer and more fullfilled in life.

God bless and Happy New Year!

Hi Jason,
Wish you a happy 2008. Yes, each day is our birth and each sleep is our death. I am glad that you learned from the movie, what Eastern philosophy is all about. The problem is that we waste today trying to insure our tomorrows. I am glad that you will go ahead and keep the human values, respect for your parents, love for all beings.
Hope you achieve all that you desire.

Happy New Year Jason!

Just wanted to drop a note and let you know your new blog looks great. And yes, sometimes it's good just to be ourselves and let people see that part too. In fact, that is my online New Year's resolution. You're off to a great start!

Happy holidays Jason.

I find your initiative an inspiration.
Keep sending your emails, even though it is the holiday season.

Living life to the full is an important lesson that I need to work on. The important things come into perspective again for us to be grateful for each of them.

Enjoy your journey

Hey Jason,

It is inspiration from movies, songs and other successful people that helped me in the early days of becoming a self-employed entrepreneur.

Success comes from positive feeling and a burning desire to make it.

If you are reading this and have any tiny bit of self-doubt. Fix those negative thoughts and fix them now!

All it takes to succeed is some inspiration, motivation and a "can do" attitude.

Never use phrases such as "if I make it"

Use phrases like "When I make it, I will..."

Those small differences in attitude translate directly to how fast you will succeed....

So with 2008 rolling upon us, get yourself a whoop butt can of positive energy and go rock the world...

You are so right. Life is meant to be lived. Sometimes you can get all caught up with things in life but you must have your priorities to keep everything from getting away from you.
