Thanks for the focus review. If anything, that seems to be my biggest problem. I am starting to focus myself again but find it a slow start.

Thanks Again

otally agree with you. It's the jack of all trades master of none syndrome again

Problem is affiliate marketing newbies have so much 'stuff' coming at them from left, right and centre and they are trying to grab them all that they are left with nothing.

What you say about focussing on one product at a time applies to all aspects of affiliate marketing. One nees to focus on one thing, master it before running after another.

HI Jason,

I was reading an article you wrote in one of your blogs where you said, "My advice is to think 2 or 3 products ahead but to work on only 1 at a time and DO NOT move on until you have completed that product 100% and have conducted a successful launch of that product. By successful I mean at least a $100,000 launch. Then and only then should you work on your next product."

Does the $100,000 refer to a net or gross profit or a yearly estimate or some other form of measurement?

Thanks for your time!

Hi JJ,

Totally right - lack of focus means running round like a headless chicken.

I have many NEW sites, and based on this "top marketers advice" :) I am only gonna roll out one at a time, making SURE every aspect of the site is right prior to launching.

E.G.

Is the copy good?
Is the affiliate programme setup?
Do I have a list of targeted and AGREED JV's?
Have I set up my JV follow up correctly?
Has the site been setup to go viral?

YADA YADA YADA....

Keep the great stuff coming J.

All the best...

Hi James,

I totally agree with what you say. I have been there handling so many project at a time. Now I know that It is better to have one great product launch then 3 unsuccessful launch.

Thanks for the reminder!
