Setting Up My Home Video Studio

Over the last few weeks I have been slowly setting up my home video studio (in my new house) and I have to say it’s actually a lot of fun.

I have a ton equipment such as lights, cameras, mics, backgrounds, etc. etc. from when I created and produced the video for my product Audio Video Riches, so it was just a matter of picking out and optimizing what I was going to use.

As you can see in some pictures I took below, I have a nice gray background which I used last night to produce this video on a new product release from Anik Singal called PPC Classroom.

As you can see with my set-up I have a lot of lighting, which of course is key in shooting great video. My next step is going to be to set-up a green screen to start experimenting with backgrounds.

With backgrounds I have cool animations, videos, stock footage of an office, etc. etc. behind me as if I was there. That’s actually a lot of fun. To be able to put yourself anywhere in the world, dress however you like, and just let loose…. Give it a try some day :-)

If you have a spare bedroom or garage, maybe try setting up your own video studio at home. I bought all of my equipment off of eBay at a great prices. I find video is a great way to have fun and to build trust and loyalty with your subscribers and or customers.

I get asked all the time what video editing software I use and it’s Video Studio. You can click here (not an affiliate link) to learn more about it. It’s really easy to use and pretty powerful. That’s all for now, have yourself a great week!
